English proficiency levels can be divided into six main levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): Beginner (A1 and A2), Intermediate (B1 and B2), and Advanced (C1 and C2). Reaching the advanced level usually requires years of study and continuous practice.
